In a mindfulness coaching session, we learn about the nervous system an importance of being mindful, practice guided meditation/visualization, breathwork techniques, and other other nervous system-healing exercises. These sessions are about 30-45 minutes each and are tailored to each person's experience and comfort level. Once a 6-session journey has been completed, single sessions are offered as needed.

Inner healing coaching is a combination of breathwork, visualization, Somatic Archeology©, personal reflection, and in-between session check-ins. The intention of this coaching is to heal the root of physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds and discomfort.

Personal growth coaching focuses on a specific topic or area of life. We set a SMART goal at the beginning and spend each session working through different aspects of the topic in order to understand and overcome obstacles, gain understanding about your strengths, and create weekly action steps and self-led "homework" moving you closer to your desired outcome. You can expect breakthroughs, better understanding, more confidence, and most of all progress! This form of coaching is offered by package only.
The first step toward working through a coaching journey with me is setting up a "discovery session", which allows you to have your questions answered and gives us a chance to get acquainted so that we can make sure we are a good fit together.
